Create Power Shift with us!

Contribute to the program

Power Shift Sweden is a collaborative project. The Power Shift team is creating a meeting place with venue, food and other practical things sorted out but the content of the program is created together with other organisations and the participants.

Power Shift 2017 will focus on sustainable consumption. It will take place in Ă–stersund, the 8-10th of September.

Join the engagement fair!
On Saturday afternoon there is usually a fair of organisations and engagement. If you have a project or are part of an organisation and would like to have a stand at this fair please let us know. It will be for free and open for all non-commercial organisations and projects.

Organising team
Power Shift is made by young people for young people. Each year there’s a new organising team lead by a project leader. We do this on our free time, we live in different areas of Sweden and live different lives. Read more about us. Don’t be shy, write to info@powershift.se

We have regular meetings on Skype, so you can attend whereever you are in the country. The communication is mainly through E-mail, Facebook, Skype and texts and our documents are shared through Google Drive. There are different focus areas:

  • Program – discuss the content of the program and keep in contact with our speakers
  • Communication – update social media, write press releases and invite participants
  • Logistics – prepare the food, the venue and take care of practical details
  • Funding – apply for funding and have contact with our partners

Support us
We are always happy for support in other ways. Maybe you want to crowd fund the event with us, be a partner, help us out with outreach or donate something for the conference. Find out more about how you can support us here >>
